"Food is great, but customer service is not satisfactory from some of the employees. We go frequently, and constantly need to remind employees to change gloves after touching check register. Sandwiches would taste better if mayonnaise was spread evenly on the bread. Drinks should be available so that the employees should not be bothered with having to get one from behind the counter"

"We've been to the Lab a few times, always had a good experience. We usually run into folks we know, but it's also a nice atmosphere for some low-key conversation. It's a great neighborhood-type place with good beer and cider varieties and the food trucks help out on the food end. The service and overall vibe are friendly."

"Can't get an order right to save their life. Ordered 2 burritos no sauce and 2 of the del tacos. Got my order and it was 5 burritos. All with sauce. Lady at the register didn't give me receipt and wouldn't accept the fact that I told her it was the wrong order. Had to go in and ask to speak with the gm of the store just to get my correct order."

"I have been going to Saigon Restaurant for years with my family and was so excited when Vicky launched Saigon 2 in Rio Rancho. Vicky, her family, and the rest of the staff offer great service and are all so kind. Vicky is super helpful and friendly too! As for the food...it is incredible! "When you're looking for smoked BBQ, this is the place. We had the meat sampler, the daily sandwich which was pulled pork, and 2 meat combo. It's the best turkey I've had in years. The BBQ beans were really good. I would recommend this place to anyone."
