"Food is great, but customer service is not satisfactory from some of the employees. We go frequently, and constantly need to remind employees to change gloves after touching check register. Sandwiches would taste better if mayonnaise was spread evenly on the bread. Drinks should be available so that the employees should not be bothered with having to get one from behind the counter"

"We've been to the Lab a few times, always had a good experience. We usually run into folks we know, but it's also a nice atmosphere for some low-key conversation. It's a great neighborhood-type place with good beer and cider varieties and the food trucks help out on the food end. The service and overall vibe are friendly."

"I’m from New York and didn’t know I could get a sub this good in NM. I had the Turkey sub, the bread was excellent and it had the perfect amount of oil/vinegar. "I wouldn?t even give this place 1 star but I didn?t have an option for negative stars. Service is always poor and staff has attitudes. Place you?re order pull up and pay then you are directed to park in the Discount Tire parking lot so their times seem better to corporate, once you get you?re order it?s mediocre at best but my dogs seem to like the plain chicken. Don?t waste you?re time calling the 1-800 number to complain because they will just make the person you had an"

"I stopped in for a quick sample. We had Dolmes, Spanakopita, Arabic Coffee, and the mint tea.I have to say, after having dolmathes for may years in different locations, these are the best I've ever had. Spanakopita was top-notch as well. I've never had Arabic coffee before, so I have nothing to compare it to, but it was very good, as was the tea. I'm definitely planning on going back for a full meal in the future."
