I hate seeing all these terrible reviews for a company I used to work for. I worked at the corporate office for 2 years and had nothing but positive experiences. The owners of the company are family oriented and treat everyone they meet with care and respect. I have nothing but good things to say about this company and I love their pizza to boot! Pizza 9 South Valley. Really bad company to work for. They will nikle and dime you. And they're managing,restraunt employment training and cleaning standards lack overwatch. There is a large managment language gap (the GM is an overworked Iranian immigrant and the other manager has a thick Mexican accent and is difficult to understand. "Food is great, but customer service is not satisfactory from some of the employees. We go frequently, and constantly need to remind employees to change gloves after touching check register. Sandwiches would taste better if mayonnaise was spread evenly on the bread. Drinks should be available so that the employees should not be bothered with having to get one from behind the counter"

"We've been to the Lab a few times, always had a good experience. We usually run into folks we know, but it's also a nice atmosphere for some low-key conversation. It's a great neighborhood-type place with good beer and cider varieties and the food trucks help out on the food end. The service and overall vibe are friendly."
