What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
They let us move forward for our drinks and never brought them out when we went to get our drinks, they said they already gave us the wrong drinks and not all our drinks... made a mocha ice cream coffee, the hot coffee with whip cream was melted up with a lid that someone already drank out. View all feedback.
Was in a long line in the drive tru but it went quite fast and I got everything I ordered
I waited 15 minutes in reserve parking 1. They brought me the wrong order. I waited another 10 minutes and had to walk into the store (that apparently was supposed to be locked) to get my food. So much for FAST good. 30 minutes total spent at McDonald's.
Actually I was there on an assignment, but the customer service was AWSHUM!! The manager Tiffany was very pleasant, too pleasant for her crew.
Very busy. Staff was doing their job. Staff was not rude but was not friendly either no TY yaull come back n see us . Food was good (saving grace).
Forgot mayo on my burger... says it on the grill slip on the box.
