Came in just before close, and was helped by two happy, helpful guys with excellent customer service skills. With the direction customer service has been going these days. What User doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
I ordered delivery. When the app said it was out for delivery, I went out and sat on my porch to wait. When the driver arrived, I thought he would get out and bring my food. I didn't time it, but it seemed like five minutes before he brought my food to me. The temperature was 94 outside. His car windows were open so I'm guessing his ac wasn't working.
