Blue Cow Ice Cream from Roanoke Menu

What egunnoe doesn't like about Blue Cow Ice Cream:
They’re a dairy-based company, so most of what they offer is ice cream. But there are always 2 vegan options which are decent. Go for the stroll on the river by Blue Cow.
