Not that great...ordered from Frank's a few times...pizza and wings okay, subs are bland with no seasoning (steak and cheese) and entrée's are plain and chicken parm was dry. They also charge a 10% gratuity for deliver which really adds up on an order for 4 people. New York Pizza is still the best in town and worth the drive to Vinton! read more.

Stopped there for lunch after Zoo with my 5 grandkids, all enjoyed the Buffet.
