"Bad dining experience, they had a lot of empty tables but they didn't want to give them to us and asked us to wait 15 minutes, after we came back 15 minutes later, we still had to wait. The waiter has a bad attitude and looks impatient all the time. The food is simple and just a regular taco, and trust me you'll find a better taco on the island and get the service you deserve."

"Edit: the owner called and apologized. Pizza was great. The girl was only 16. We all have bad days. It took over 2 hours for our order. Still haven't got it. When I called the girl said I should have ordered from Pizza Hut. Next time I will. Great customer service you guys have there"

"Good coffee and donuts. Was there on fritter Fridays. Apple fritters was so good. A little bit chewy on the inside. Just the way I like it. Whole bean coffee is a really reasonable price as well. Overall cool vibes."

"We ordered fish and chips and were told to be there at a certain time… which we were. They called out our name and physically handed us the order . When we got it home, it was cold and not what we ordered. When calling Sharkys, to let them know , we were told that it was our fault for taking the wrong order ??? That we should have checked inside or checked the bill ??? Really ? It’s your responsibility to make sure that your customers are getting the proper orders , especially since you’re the one handing it to us.. It shouldn’t be that difficult . Own up to your mistakes , it’s laughable that you would say that it was, “ our “ fault . Customer Service 101"
