I haven't ordered since it was taken over, so a very long time. I'll say that it's subs are very fresh, since huh my kids love so that's already a five start in my book! I ordered delivery. They forgot my marinara sauce for my mozzarella sticks, and the mango habanero sauce for my mango habanero chicken tenders. Fries were cold too. Pizza had almost no sauce on it. When contacted they said there is no additional charge for sauce so there is nothing they can do There was no attempt to make this right. I spend over $50 on this meal. This will be the last time I order from them. read more.

"I gave an order to pick up a super busy day. I ordered two omelette one with cheddar and speck and one with extra cheese and ham. I get them home, I have a ham and speck omelette and wobbles and ham omelette. I called them and told them that my omelette was wrong. they are strong enough for them to go back all the way or they could send me a $5 gift card and was very rude to tell me I didn't know what I ordered. but if I remember that I've never been drinking in my life, I wouldn't have ordered a ham and bacon omelet. if I get there, she can't even refund me the right amount. if they had offered to repay them or renew them, I would have decided to renew them. but to know that my whole order offers me $5 for a job I don't eat, and then not even apologize for her chaos. absolutely unacceptable worst customer service of all time!"
