"Well worth the wait! Incredibly popular restaurant, often with a queue of eager customers waiting to dine. Always very honest at arrival that you may wait 15/20 mins for your food but it’s worth the wait! Had a fabulous southern fried chicken burger and my partner the cafe no11 burger. Both beautifully cooked, fresh and tasty. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend."

"Lisa and Dave are so inviting that you could easily bask in their cosy, warm and friendly surroundings all day long. They truly create a very special place, somewhere that stays in your mind and sticks to your heart. Their food is fantastic. I find a small savoury selection is a true sign of a confident master chef. The patties are the very best I’ve tasted, the cheesey scone was delicious and the soup was packed with flavour! The cake selection is phenomenal even if you are full, take a mini selection of treats or a slice of cake home otherwise you will regret it! I fondly dream of a pattie, a good ol’mug of tea, whilst soaking up the warmth of love and soft reggae music that exudes from The Loft."

"Been here a few times , food always great, down side. Staff over attentive got asked 4-5 times are we ready to order by different members of staff, then as we were eating constantly clearing bits off table, felt like they were rushing to get us served out , great shame as could be amazing there service charge added on bill for 4 £165. Which we declined but left our own tip , please read make your restaurant even better."
