Stopped for a quick bite and happily discovered the Bajool Country Store, just off the highway south of Rockhampton. Great choice of healthy home made dishes. The fritters with corn meat were delicious! Even the accompanying relish was made on site. It was so good we bought a jar to take home. Great food, made & served by friendly country folk.
