I have stayed at this Motel before. When I knew my next trip was to Rockhampton ....I also knew that the Rocky Top Restaurant was the only place I was going to eat at! I had the 300g Cape Grim Eye Fillet, Creamy garlic sauce and wilted green veg and beautiful baked potatoes...that just soaked up all the lovely juice & sauce!!! I would like to give kay 5 star as a host and waitress absoloutley brilliant. Unfortunately very dissapointed with our meals ordered lamb and reef and beef. Lamb was drowned in balsamic vinegar and potato stack black and soggy same with greens. Reef and beef same ...Too much sauce !!!.. I won't return to this restaurant . We have been there on quite a few occasions and this is by far our worst expierence. read more.
