"The best in the Palace chain yet! Spacious, clean and bright. I liked how there are different table arrangements to suit the different size groups. Got a mixed platter and it was delicious. I'd recommend this place to anyone who is up for a great tasting shawarma because it's worth the trip to Orleans."

"I chose this restaurant out of the blue. It was a very good choice. The service was lovely. All of my questions were answered with a smile..and in both English and French. We ordered Appetizers : Satay Gai marinated chicken served with peanut sauce on the side. Cha Gio 3 vietnamese spring rolls stuffed with seasoned minced pork, vegetables, thread vermicelli. The spring rolls were quite good. Entrées: Bun Dac Biet vermicelli with special grilled pork, beef and chicken with spring rolls, with cucumber, bean sprouts, lettuce, mint, green onion. This was quite delicious and a very generous portion! Shrimp Pad Thai was excellent and authentic. I asked if they made their pad thai sauce in house and was told yes, by the chef personally. Nice touch. Mango Salad Green Mango mixed with fresh chili lime juice and spinach with a few finely sliced red onions (wish there were more onion pieces. Who knew mango and onion would go well with chili lime juice! All in all, a very successful meal enjoyed by all. "This location just happens to be close to our home so we have been that many times whenever hubby gets a craving for a burger fries but I don't feel the food at this location is the best that Five Guys can...do. I enjoy a grilled home style all beef patty that isn't over seasoned and Five Guys does do that part well, however, I find the burgers/buns at this location are always soggy and the toppings are not crisp or fresh tasting. My burger here is typically underwhelming. The service here is nothing special; you place your order at the cash when you come in, choose your toppings from an extensive list of offerings and than wait for your number to be called. It's not unfriendly, but it's not very personal either. For the price, I think they could improve a bit on the service side and the quality of fresh topping and perhaps they turn the aircon music down just a touch."

"This is one of the best sushi places in Ottawa, definitely the best in Orleans. It's run by a lovely group of people. The location is clean and not really for dine in...but it's an endless take out line. The items are fresh, high quality, etc. I've never been disappointed once. They don't use an excessive amount of rice layer around the sushi components on the inside of the roll. It's probably the only place I've seen do that in this city."
