Was disappointed in the oval shaped deep dish and ICB I got that didn't have the nice crispy edge.Not really even complaining, just let the new people know that on a square pan, you have to stretch the dough out a couple inches past the corners and then lay it back down in the pan. It will look a little wadded up, but when it shrinks, it will keep the shape.And then, cheese right up to the edges so you get that crisp... View all feedback.
