"I 've been to 4 or 5 different Crumbl stores and the customer service at this location is great. I 'd ordered (as a cheer up gift) online and doordash delivered cookies to the wrong address. Contacted Crumbl Rockville and cookies were delivered to the correct address the same day! Friends loved the 6 different flavors..I highly recommend Crumbl!!!"

"We called ahead to check on the availability of gluten free sauces and were given inaccurate information. I misunderstood how my order was being handled (my own fault) and instead of trying to help me figure out how to fix it, the employees rudely and repeatedly pointed out that they were not to blame. Food was fine, but the only gluten free sauces are plain gf soy, sesame oil, and gochujang. Not super impressed."

"Bread and sauces were delicious and free. Beef tenderloin was super tender and delicious. Potato and leek boulanee and beef turnover (sambosa) were both delicious and nicely fried. Leek and scallion dumplings with the meat on top of it was flavorful and soft. Saffron chicken was also delicious, but compared to other dishes, it?s just okay. "Friendly staff and fresh tasting food however, the bagels do not taste like bagels. I am ever on the hunt for bagels that are remotely similar to those of NJ/NY.
