What Cathy Blake likes about Chick-fil-a:
All of the employees that I've interacted with were very pleasant. The food is always good, though a bit pricey. But, because the service is always extraordinary, the employees care, and the food looks like someone took time to prepare it, instead of just slopping it all in the bag, I do not mind paying a bit more. What NicH doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
The front staff is really friendly, but the past 6 months I've gone to get either breakfast or dinner here, the yogurt partfaits have half as much yogurt as what should be in there. The container was filled with more air than yogurt today. For $5 it should be filled properly. View all feedback.
