Lo Scopettaro - Rom

A nice restaurant but we expected a better meal. The melanzane alla parmigiana was a good start but then came the disappointment. The carbonara was extremely dry and pasty not to mention the extreme yellowness of it. Please do not tell me this is authentic Roman, of all the carbonara I had in Rome, this was quite different and the least appetizing.
