"Went with friends who had made reservations for dinner. Glad they did, or we probably wouldn’t have been able to eat dinner there, it was so busy. Also, it is quite small inside. There was a live band playing, who were quite good. Our friends...had been many times for dinner, but it was our first time and we were pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious! We ordered hot wings, calamari and naan chicken flatbread for appetizers. Wings were good and saucy. The calamari was amazing and it was a huge portion size. Two people had the special Irish stew. It was very tasty, although a little salty. The fish and chips were delicious! Chips were fresh cut and the fish was sweet with the perfect amount of batter. The last person had the veal Parmesan, but on a bun instead of pasta. For dessert we shared a piece of Irish cream cake. I will go back and would recommend the fish and chips!"

"On the coast road between wolfville and truro there are only a few places to eat, so we are happy when we got a recommendation from a local dame to taste the walton pub. mostly standard pig fees. had a hot hamburger sandwich pretty good. Service...was fast at the table and in the kitchen. generally very satisfactory. I have to watch how they're coming in when we were done."

"Good, plain, fresh food. The burgers, the fried fish, the salads, the liver(if you like liver) are just some of the many many choices. Servers are always hard workers and very pleasant. Watching the water, across from the restaurant, is conducive to quiet conversation. A...beer, nice and cold, goes with everything!"

"My 3 small children ND husband visited this quaint beautiful restaurant and had amazing food. For the most part we have only had the baked goods, muffins, cakes but it was amazing. You felt you had a dessert but you never felt bad about it as they are made with vegan, organic locally grown ingredients that are tasty and nutritious. We can't wait to go back and enjoy the lunches and will be using this business to cater our family events!!!"
