"The worst curry I have ever tasted. Slices of very poor chicken on a single bed of rice covered in super salty dark brown curry sauce and overcooked chips, not an onion or any other vegetable in sight. The type of sauce I don't mind getting from a takeaway only way too salty. We ordered tea for 2. Got the teapot topped up once and to add insult to injury we were charged for tea for 2 X 2. 30 euro. Absolutely dreadful."

"Dined with a group of friends on a Thursday night, we each had different main dishes and shared apps so we tried quite a bit on the menu. The food was phenomenal! Highly recommend the filet of seabass. The cocktails were also top notch! The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable night! We will definitely be back!!"

"Called into Spinners on Evening of 27th December. We were made to feel very welcome. Had a table in baq dining area. Lovely selection on dinner menu. No Jack Daniel's but did not spoil the evening. We ordered the Duck and Steak. Both dishes were cooked perfect. Good portions. Lovely side dishes of cauliflower and Cheese. Lovely apricot stuffing with the duck. For dessert we orded the chocolate fondant it was gorgeous and baked Alaska. Both went down v well. A lovely place to sit and enjoy a meal. Praise to the two ladies who were working quietly and efficiently. . All in all a lovely evening to finish our Christmas holiday in Birr. Will return in Summer when back on holidays."

"1st time in the cafe today ....absolutely loved it from the second I stepped inside the door ! It looks totally fab , smells fab of incense and candles , sooooo relaxing ! The staff were extremely friendly and the food ..........totally amazing ! My new favourite place to be !!!!!"
