I love this place. Come to a congress every year. Carlos, Fernando, Juan and Oscar are brilliant at the bar. You always take care of me very well. Basil Burger is delicious. Some of the menu items could be improved, but it is bar food and as such price. Who can complain about free happy hour every day. The hotel doesn't have to leave. Basil took care of food and drink.
