Togo's Sandwiches - Feedback

Had been craving a pastrami sandwich for a long time and Togo's has the best ones.

I ordered the ceasar salad and it was really bad. Mostly the flopping greens almost no heart of the romaine and the cheeses was old and hard even had green mold...

Lettuce was brown and the tortilla was torn. I had open it and pick out just the chicken.

They arent great at paying attention to customizations. Their chips arent very good, either. Other than that the rest of the food is good.

Service is friendly, but a little slow. The California Club ordered and it was packed. The products were quite fresh, but the Avacado was down on the sandwich....
