"If they are in helensburgh, please, miss this little jewel not it is quirky, it is cozy, it is full of character. Eating is delicious, really personal service (the menu is literally brought to them on a large whiteboard, we had a big laugh with our host who recommended us wonderful meals and a beautiful bottle wein so many restaurants today have no soul for them, this place is the opposite. the prices are also super reasonable for the quality they receive when they eat authentic at a place that has a serious soul, do not miss the upper crust!"

"Absolutely shocking service, mainly from the owner himself, staff treated like a bit of dirt on his shoe, can't stand people who can't treat employees correctly. Owner/head chef never smiles and he's constantly moaning about energy prices and fish prices.. Yes everyone is aware of the cost of living crisis, we are all suffering but god we don't need to hear it from you when we're giving your business a small fortune for a bit of over done fish and 22 chips!"

"My colleagues and I attended this venue for a dear colleagues leaving lunch of soup and a sandwich. The soup was the worst I've tasted in years, absolutely no taste, even when we added salt and pepper! The Sandwiches were ok, although some of the filings were watered down. Staff were friendly and attentive, however when I voiced my opinion about the soup, I was told it would be passed on to the chef....Chef, if when you are cooking and you can't taste what you are serving out, then you aint a Chef! And they have a cheek to charge £3 for that soup. I wouldn't rush back and we certainly won't be having any more lunches here if we can help it."
