It 's ok to have a busy restaurant but to pass that busy-ness on to the customer is unacceptable. At booking, you are given a Slot that includes a leaving time. Not good. On arrival, you are hovered over by the waiter asking if you 'd like a drink, or order. Not good. As soon as you order, the meal arrives. Stil not good.
