Hello Thought we would give the promenade a second chance after a bad steak night !!! Presentation was good,and service was good, but the steak was NOT good. I ordered ribeye (medium) it came rare(infact blue) and very tuff and full of sinues. I did tell staff,they offered to cook it again, but it was too late the moment had gone, and my wife had finished her meal. Then tried charging us £12 over the original price !... read more.
