"I walked in a few minutes early and they said my pizza had 4 minutes. Perfect! They tell me they accidentally gave my pizza away and they had to remake it. Should just be another 5 minutes. Okay. I end up spending a total of 30 minutes in their lobby. Okay...? I get the pizza home and its cheese soup that has sloshed to the side of the box cheese and grease everywhere. Not okay. I call the manager, explain and request a refund. The manager offers a credit for our next order, but i tell them I doubt we will be back. They then tell me they can 't refund without the card in store. While they might have good intentions, the oldest person I saw in there couldn 't have been older than 18. A place ran by teenagers that don 't know what they 're doing. Disappointing because I really liked the community support they generated money they raised for the family of their recently deceased colleague."

"Normally, the food here is good, but my brownie friends was terrible, someone put a burnt hard brownie in it. The visit before was my big dive cone small and sloppy! Usually a great place to go, but depends on who makes the ice!"
