"I walked in a few minutes early and they said my pizza had 4 minutes. Perfect! They tell me they accidentally gave my pizza away and they had to remake it. Should just be another 5 minutes. Okay. I end up spending a total of 30 minutes in their lobby. Okay...? I get the pizza home and its cheese soup that has sloshed to the side of the box cheese and grease everywhere. Not okay. I call the manager, explain and request a refund. The manager offers a credit for our next order, but i tell them I doubt we will be back. They then tell me they can 't refund without the card in store. While they might have good intentions, the oldest person I saw in there couldn 't have been older than 18. A place ran by teenagers that don 't know what they 're doing. Disappointing because I really liked the community support they generated money they raised for the family of their recently deceased colleague."

"The first time tonight. Had a few drinks and has to go ordering. While I was sitting there, I wait for a super friendly bartender with a great personality who knew all the special drinks and menu. The bar for me was the owner I didn't know. He took time from his day to complement my taste in the music on the TouchTunes Jukebox and ensured that he could not only say to me, but the rest of the guests before he left. That really tells you a lot about a person. Great atmosphere and landscape. I ate home and it was great. Had the chicken pesto pasta and an order of wings that were all amazing. Will definitely be back!"
