We had a lovely Sunday lunch here after a walk on our favourite beach at Winchelsea. The service was excellent and the puddings were particularly delicious. The treacle tart and huge cauldron of crumble (last time I was here the crumble was a sad, deconstructed thing, but they’ve changed their recipe) were a perfect end to a great meal. read more.
