I really loved my night here. reception staff so friendly. room very clean, bed super comfortable with crispy bed linen and beautiful towels. tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk and a water cooker all provided. it is an old hotel, but I liked the character of the place. the breakfast is excellent, cooked for perfection. beautiful ingredients, beautiful served with a rack toast. will return! "Very poor. Had chicken tikka curry, texture weird, taste not good, naan bread cold, soft and rubbery with no taste again. Sauce watery, not thick as described. I did read reviews first, so was not expecting such low quality food. Perhaps was a bad night. Only way is try for yourself as my review is far below their average score somehow! But i will not be ordering again."

"What a sound, they will not be deceived from this little caffe down a little lane, the panini s and bagels are the best we had. my partner had chickenbacon spinat in a panini he loved it so much, it is another reason to return to the opposite. I had thunfisch zwiebel avocado absolutely nom nom nom. beautiful owners and employees, we definitely visit again! we sat outside, sat but recommended too high, sat all afternoon."

"My partner took me here for my birthday on Friday 25th November we had a really lovely meal, the food was delicious and big in portions! The ribs in particular were good! The pub itself is beautiful with old beams and a lovely fireplace, very warming and welcoming! The staff were very friendly and attentive including the manager/owner. I will definitely be coming back, a lovely hidden gem!"
