"Seeking a place for dinner/tea in Rush we tried the Harbour Bar and Restaurant. Parking outside and across the road. To say we were blown away is an understatement. The owner and staff are exceptional, there was little they wouldn’t do for us. The food...was outstanding, at another level of quality, taste and what a menu! Everything we got was so nice, of the highest quality and served in no time at all. Stunning. We will be back and feel that we have found a real go to place for the future. Advice: sadly it seems that some haven’t learned that we are in a pandemic and these businesses have government guidelines to follow. Have your mask on and Covid cert ready, if you have an issue with being respectful and considerate of others there is a harbour across the road maybe hire a boat and stop giving these business trouble."

"Friendly staff, solid food (Catch of the day is really good, especially if they have the Monkfish and I also like the Halloumi Burger). In winter I recommend the room with the fireplace, in warmer month you can enjoy to be outside (they also have heaters outside for the winter month). Located directly at the Howth train station (Dart). In case you drive, there are a few parking spots in front of the building (usually not available) but you can also park at the pier and walk a few meters."
