Even though I have Caffe Neros closer to my home, I always travel to the West Bridgford store because the quality of the drinks and service are exceptional. We have come here a few times over the years and generally noticed It’s getting more and more scruffy each time. We noticed plenty of dirty tables that hadn’t been cleared or cleaned and unfortunately some spilt food on the floor.
