Today, I placed a large online order on the app and had trouble redeeming points to purchase a coffee. Unfortunately, I ended up using most of my points while trying to figure it out. However, the staff was very friendly and went out of their way to assist me. I went to get a cup of coffee at 6:22am, but ended up waiting in line for almost 10 minutes because the cashier was chatting with a customer.
