Piazza 1909 - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Piazza 1909:
Celebrating 22nd anniversary and was not treated well. Placed in back of restaurant, hot, gnats everywhere and a rat coming out to eat hi. Service bad getting offered bread and then charged not even telling us and it was our anniversary we spent over $150 and no acknowledgment even if it was told to them. The salmon special was absolutely delicious as was the gluten-free pasta with sauce. My fried calamari was like cardboard. I've had it before here and it was delicious, but this was just dry and tasteless. I didn't eat the whole thing at all. The lemon tart dessert was fabulous as was the chocolate lovers dessert.
