What Picky B doesn't like about Starbucks:
The second time I've been in and the second time they got it wrong. Ordered a short Americano. They have, both times, been out of the short cup so they make the drink in a tall sized cup. I order a short because I don't want a lot of water. They cashier assures me I will get the same amount of liquid as in a short. Not what I ordered.
