We realized, as we arrived at the Hard Rock Hotel, that the Omni was a far better choice. But our group reservation was at the Hard Rock. Some phone calls were made; Noah, the manager at the Omni was consulted; and everything was sorted out to allow us to upgrade to the Omni. What was amazing? BED BUGS!!!! I came home covered in bites. Their staff treated me with zero empathy as I sent them photos of my body covered in bites. They comped my room and refused to pay for any dry cleaning fees. When I asked for the report of their negative bed bug findings they hung up on me.
