"I'd read the reviews and decided to have a beer here at the end of a long walk up in the hills. The terrace was a fabulous place to be for a salad and a beer in the afternoon sunshine. The setting is magnificent. All four of us returned for dinner that night (it's about a 10 minute, windy drive up from Viehhofen village) and it was well worth it. We ate on the terrace, enjoying the view, the great beer, super food and outstanding service. It got a little chilly towards the end of the meal (it's at 1250m, blankets were provided) and we could have sat inside, but we chose to stay outside. For the view, the ambience, the service and the food, this ranks as one of my most memorable meals. Well worth the effort !"

"Lage ist gut, vor allem kann man auch mit dem Taxi abgeholt werden. Innenbereich ist sehr schön neu gestaltet worden. Schade das aussen die Sonne sehr bald unter dem Zwölfer verschwindet, dann kann es ganz schön kalt werden."

"Schöne "Almhütte" mit super Lage. Service und Qualität sind sehr gut und auch schnell. Schade ist, dass man teilweise keinen Platz bekommt, aber da muss man einfach nur die eigenen Zeiten (nicht unbedingt 12.30 Uhr) ein wenig ändern.Dafür, dass die Leute die Ski einfach auf der Piste stehen lassen, kann die Hütte nichts dafür, weil Abstellmöglichkeiten würde es genug geben. Das fällt mir in letzter Zeit besonders auf bei vielen Hütten."
