"Every time in Saas Fee we visit the Essstube at least once. Usually we take the fillet of beef. This time we had the pulled pork burger and the cordon bleu, which were new on the menu. The quality of the meat was excellent and...the dishes cooked to perfection. Everything is lovely made and presented in a very creative way. The owners always come by the tables to check if everything is fine and even stay for a short chat. Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures of the dishes, so we can't jump on the foodporn train in this review... But at least a picture of a great bottle of wine and the cosy Essstube terrace at night can be found in the attachments. We'll be back soon..."
