"I have been to Don Ciccio probably for the hundredth time today and realized I never wrote a review until now! Andrea is a great owner and very friendly but also very professional and very flexible (he often makes me a pizza when I arrive in Saas-Fee at 10.30pm on Fridays and not everyone would do that)The food is great: have pretty much tried everything from the pizzas to the pasta (papardelle au duo de saumon et crème de basilic, and triangoli au sanglier et champignons among others!.) The osso bucco is fabulous as well. The place is great whether your are just a couple, a family with kids or a group of friends (again we have tried all of these scenarios.) Great price for the quality you get which is why you have to make a reservation as there is no chance it will not be full any day of the during the winter season ;)"

"This restaurant was a good experience. The service was friendly and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. I had the Swiss speciality - émincé à la Zurichoise with rösti - while my partner had fish. Everything was good and well presented. However, we found that the prices were somewhat in the upper range.The surroundings are cosy with wooden carvings. Outside there are beautiful flower displays, including edelweiss."

"Meant to visit this place the last time we were in Zermatt, but getting there didn’t work out (because of the weather). First challenge is finding it in Findeln. Basically, you ski down to the Enzian restaurant and walk past it on the track for 50 100 meters. The service we received from a Liverpudlian waitress was wonderful and the way she ‘kicked us out’ after the allotted 1 1/2 hour slot was inspirational. But the food is excellent, although in common with the other ‘gourmet’ places in Findeln, is quite pricey. However, the place is a sun trap, with stunning mountain (Matterhorn) views. Highly recommended. The reason I made a point of wanting to visit was that it is owned and formerly run by a ski school instructor I had back in the 1990s."
