"Despite the many restaurants in the resort we tried the restaurant of hotel Europe. We had dinner among the hotel guests in a cosy and warm dining room. A five courses menu is served for 68 CHF. The quality of the products such as the...Jerusalem artichoke, the ox tongue or the veal medallions served with parsnip puree and morels as well as the creativity of the Chef Podola made our dinner a delightful experience. "Well, my husband found this restaurant and was impressed with the host with whom he had spoken earlier. The ambience is nice and the staff is courteous.They have a nice kids menu which was customised for our kids upon request. We ordered spaghetti, onion soup and pasta filled with spinach and ricotta cheese. Spaghetti was a little bit dry though we would have like it a bit more succulent.Pasta was ok. We like the atmosphere."

"Top restaurant with very personal service and a lot of attention. Everything is just right. Reservation essential. The various grilled specialties from are particularly recommended. These are grilled on an open fire and served absolutely fresh. All cheese specialties such as fresh fondue and raclette are also delicious. Very cozy wooden restaurant. The acoustics are very good because of the various niches. We had lamb gigots and racks of lamb from the grill with vegetables and potato casserole. Clean and sanitary facilities."
