"When I first arrived, I fell in love with the natural pools and overall look of the place, but as soon as I met the owner that all changed. My partner and I were about to serve ourselves lunch until an employee shoved us aside and told us that we weren't allowed to eat at the buffet. My partner and I asked why and she (the employee) wouldn't provide a full explaination. We then found out that, that employee was the owner of the location. The owner OBVIOUSLY does not know how to talk to her customers and never apologized for her rude behavior. I filed a complaint against her and was informed by other employees that this isn't the first time customers file complaints towards her. What could've been a beautiful experience turned into something mediocre."

"Great food and service. Try the Pescado de Coco (fish with coconut sauce) it is delicious. Also natural juices."
