"Wow. I had read some reviews saying this place was great so we detoured off the highway to grab some food. We were so impressed when we walked inside. Very nice. We did eat outside though as we are patio people. The server/owner was awesome. I had the seafood chowder which was amazing and my husband had the lasagna which I believe was the best lasagna we ever had. We had to get back on the road but if not we would have enjoyed some of the beautiful looking desserts. Will so be back!"

"What a treat! We had very high expectations and Birkinshaw's went above and beyond. We thoroughly enjoyed the Lady Clara Afternoon Tea. It was beautifully presented and every bite was flavourful and carefully crafted. It is a full meal and some of us were not able to finish so you won't be hungry! Take out boxes were available. Adrian, our host, was charming and attentive and extremely knowledgeable. He turned our tea service into an experience. We loved the stories about his family and the history of Afternoon tea. Wonderful service overall and we can't wait to go back. Definitely worth the trip!"

"About 2 weeks ago I crossed the border from NS into NB and took my 89 year old mom into the Flyaway for lunch. The seafood platter, shared between the two of us, was nothing short of delicious. But...... what made our lunch perfect was a waitress. Kerry was so kind to mom. Her smile, her kind voice, her coffee top up, her suggestions, and mostly her understanding of an elderly woman dealing with dementia. As a daughter, Kerrys acts of kindness made my meal a little more relaxed and helped to make my meal with my mom a memory to remember with a smile. I truly hope that someone reads this and sees that Kerry is properly thanked. I will never forget her smile or sparkling eyes. Thank you Kerry! We will be back on Saturday :"

"Incredibly fast, delicious sushi. Small area, but great service. We were given free Korean pancakes to try as well, which were also delicious. Wish the menu was a bit bigger (Maybe include have a bento box variety plate of sushi for those who are indecisive or new to Japanese cuisine? The space was clean, and the employees were lovely. Highly recommended!"

"Freddie's has always served us great tasting and great looking food. Have rarely ever received a wait time over 25 minutes I place fairly large orders). They also host quite a lot of different menu items, including the classic chicken fingers and fries for the picky eater. Tonight I'm enjoying a chicken poutine from Freddie's and it's one of the best I've had! Highly recommend Freddie's Pizza Amherst."
