I was absolutely blown away by the dishes at Canon. The mushroom plate was amazing, as was the citrus salad and the pickled vegetables. I don’t eat meat, but the wagyu and the lamb both looked amazing. The harissa sauce and roasted onions with the wagyu plate were completely satisfying on their own. It was my first time dining with Canon. Upon entering the host asked for our reservation (not a hello or good evening greeting) and then took us to a table next to the door.
