It's disappointing to see a lack of friendly and professional customer service at Chicken Express. As a former customer service supervisor, I believe that training is urgently needed to improve the window service. This facility could benefit from better drive-thru service and a smile for customers. Signed, Dr. T#361, 12/4/22. View all feedback.

I visited Chicken Express last night and was incredibly disappointed. I was surprised to find out that they didn't offer any gravy sauce, especially after spending $75. I could understand if what I ordered didn't necessarily require gravy, as not everyone likes it.
My husband and I visited this restaurant, where the staff is usually friendly and the food is good. However, tonight we encountered a rude attitude from the girl working the drive-thru. It was 8:20 and we ordered the $3.99 chicken, to which she replied rudely that it would take 20 minutes to cook. When we requested to place two separate orders, she seemed overwhelmed and her attitude worsened. Despite ordering more than just the $3.99 chicken, her behavior did not improve. Unfortunately, there is no way to contact the store online or by phone, so I am leaving this review in hopes that the owner will see it and address the issue. Everyone has bad days, but it is important for employees to maintain a positive attitude, especially when working in customer service. I do not know the girl's name as she was not wearing a name tag, and I do not want her to lose her job. I simply want her attitude to be addressed and improved upon.
Getting charged for an extra ranch is fine but then get extra charges for a mash and roll coming out to $3.68 while the ranch is .50 cents. On top that as well felt like they just put the food in the microwave to warm it up. Guess thats one way for yall to save money, good job yall?
They just served us spoiled, rancid mac&cheese. Tried to call them to let them know to dump that batch, and no one will answer the phone. Can't find any other way to contact them.
