What Gaëlle Rossion doesn't like about Nouvo Bourg:
The experience at Nouvo Bourg was very disappointing. The atmosphere of the place is cold (the welcome and the service but also the temperature of the room). The choice of menu (3 menus offered on the menu) is in fact a single menu: all the dishes offered are the same, only one addition in the larger menu (risotto which increases the price particularly high).
