Plus de 13h30 un dimanche. Terrasse bondée. Suggestion du jour une viande de la race d'Hérens = parfait accompagné de légume ou gratin = une merveille. Accueil sympa, service légèrement débordé mais attentif, cuisine merveilleuse. Portion de gratin un peu chiche car il est très bon. Un bon moment sur une terrasse au calme. On reviendra. "We by pure coincidence read an article about the restaurant in a brochure in Ovronnaz and decided to visit the restaurant for dinner. The dinner and service was excellent. The dinner consisted of 6 dishes with a very balanced wine menu that fitted the dishes. The service at the table was a pleasure and very knowledgeable. The menu was based on products from the region including use of wild plants in ways we hadn't experienced yet. We will use that in our own kitchen. Bon vent au Soleil."
