"Réputation surfaite. Service impeccable mais ballet des serveuses et serveurs incessant et étourdissant. Bruit; on ne s'entend pas parler avec les convives. Trop de monde, c'est "la foire"Pizzas: jamais vu aussi grandes, à deux elles dépassent les assiettes et la table, par quel bout commencer sans tâcher le pantalon. Si on mange tout: attention à bien digérer, si on laisse les 2/3 et c'est habituel, c'est trop cher payé puisque le reste ira à la poubelle, ridicule et scandaleux. Des tailles devraient être proposées. Le vin, très chaud, obligation de mettre des glaçons dans le rouge.Une fois sortis, ouf, un peu de silence et de calme. Sommes allés 1 fois, n'irons pas deux."

"Really pleasant restaurant. Cosy feel downstairs seating around 15 and a few more tables upstairs so worth booking, which we did. Nice choice of half a dozen of each course plus 5 or so mountain standards: fondue, raclette etc. Moderate wine list from €20 upwards, we had a nice bottle of Vacqueyras for €28 and a very drinkable 50cl Flacon of white. Food really nicely presented, tasty and fresh. Had the cafe Gourmand dessert which came with 5 small versions of the other desserts and was delightful. Service was friendly and helpful, helps if you have a bit of French but still go if you don’t. Bill for 4 with two courses and including wine just under €200. Recommend."

"We had a marvelous experience at L'Hermine Blanche. The tuna fish mi-cuit was perfect and I haven't had a better Iberic porc in my life. We know the chef for several years and never ever have been disappointed. For a real gourmand treat the best restaurant in Valberg"
