meat not cooked, fries frozen, salad with vegetables in box. We eat better in a business canteen. pathetic

correct kitchen no more, no only flat menu of the day, we can not change the accompanying legumes if we do not like accepting neither cb nor checks on cheap

go only if you only like having the dish of the day without any other choice, if you do not want to change vegetables (the boss refuses to change the vegetables...

"Just my favorite restaurant in Troyes. The atmosphere, the staff and the food transport you completely into what would be a Japanese restaurant. Saké, sushis, yakitoris, udon, ramen, dorayaki... all classics are there, and are absolutely irreproachable quality! The place is certainly small but it is a good quality and it strengthens the calm and relaxing atmosphere. My guests and I were more than satisfied with the attention given to the kitchen and I had a very good meal. On the other hand, you have to make sure you book. It clearly deserves 5 stars. I highly recommend!"

"I guess we are not lucky. We had a lunch with my husband in this restaurant. We personally went here because of its good reviews. We ignored some restaurants around and choose this place. We sat and ordered some few selection on the menu. We ordered the shrimp and egg for starter, veau for plat and baba for desserts. They offered us amuse bouche to start which is nice. We received the starters, they are artistically done, means it is not a lot. We had the veau plat with puree (which is cold), mine was huge portion but very undercooked. I requested to recook it and the server was nicely reheated my plate. It took awhile. But it was better after. Then, we get to the Baba dessert. My husband found out that the cream on the dessert taste like cauliflower. We then asked the server what is in the cream, he said it is mascaporne and sugar. We didnt agreed to him. Then, the server went and checked it at the kitchen. While we are waiting and hearing the server laughing at the back kitchen which is not very professional, we then figured it out they mixed the cream. We wanted to cancel the dessert but still they re-did our desserts so we waited again. Finally the cook came to serve us the desserts, apologizing. I don't know if I have to give them 2 stars review, I let you decide based on my experience. Visited 24/09/2022"
