"I booked through the Michelin website. I received a confirmation of the booking and a reference number. I went to the restaurant along with my three guests and the place was closed. Appalling way to treat a customer. No contact was made either by the restaurant or Michelin. I was completely embarrassed and left with no hope of finding a different restaurant. I will never go there again.I will never use the Michelin site again ever."

"I booked this for a party of friends not because it had great reviews but because it was a short walk from a house we were renting.When we arrived we had little in the way of welcome. Nobody seemed over keen to take our order.After we had ordered the starters came up fairly quickly and were adjudged quite good. For main I had ordered something called a gargantua d'agneau.It was ok ,a bit over cooked,but to call it gargantua was somethings of a misdescription. I could see however that my wife was struggling with her entrecôte steak which was clearly undercooked. We could have course sent it back but that would have meant she was eating on her own so I did a swap with her. The entrecôte was in fact a very poor cut of meat ( I had recently had a very good one) and half of it was fatty and inedible.I am very surprised that the chef let it out of the kitchen.I most certainly would not have served this to guests at home.Puddings were generally nice enough.The place did not have much ambiance.overall the meal was poor value for what it cost . I considered giving this a two but aspects of the meal other than the main course we're ok so it's just a three.Two days before we had dinner at cote t1 plage a marquee restaurant by the lake just up the road where the dinner was excellent.Of the two I would certainly recommend the latter"

"Delightful local irrigation hole with great food and local beers. Staff are very friendly and speak good English. Recommend the galette with smoked trout and the apricot crepe with large Marinier! came back several times on our trip and hope to see again soon!"

"The restaurant was quite busy but this didn't have any impact on the dinners, I wasn't 100% on what I had ordered as my French isn't brilliant and the young waiter was also trying his best I feel I or should say we did...really good as the food was out of the world, every mouthful tasted superb and I just kept wanting more and didn't want my meal to end, the dish I am speaking about I later found out was pigs trotters and if I knew what I was ordering I wouldn't have ordered but please it was so good, my main course we again found out it was kidneys this was very rich and ish, the vegetables and potatoes again were cooked perfectly, a beautiful meal served in a warm busy attractive environment, the chef came out to say hello to the dinners and to see if they enjoyed their meals and by the chatting and smiling faces they did. I would recommend this restaurant whole heartily the quality of the food was exceptional call and book so you know your sure of a table."
