We're in Saint Hyacinthe the other week on business and on one day were went into old downtown Saint Hyacinthe to meet some colleagues for lunch. After we ate we stopped in to this Van Houtte café as it was close by. I am very familiar with Van Houtte coffee, who isn't, but I had no idea the actually ran restaurant/cafés. Friendly staff. Great coffee. Lots of comfortable seating. Bilingual staff. I didn't eat any food, but it looked great.
