Open sign in window, online hours say open. No indication of being closed until tugging on the door. Super disappointing

"2020 Update: Vegan fudge not eligible for mail orders, as they ONLY make it during the summer. : Earlier: I travelled almost 2,200 miles from Nevada to Mackinac Island. Just for the vegan fudge. I haven't had fudge for almost 25 years. I stumbled into the store and got a sample. OMG. Sheer bliss. Only vegan flavor is dark chocolate. Life can't get better than that. I didn't care how much it cost. Between 2 stores, I bought 6 POUNDS! That should last me a while I just emailed their office to thank them for making the fudge. Hopefully, that will show that vegans want junk sweets and won't discontinue it : Updated from previous review on 2016-08-11"

"As always, this is the best bar in Mackinaw City and a must to stop at when passing through. The workers behind the bar are always fantastic and on top of their game. Food is always has been delicious and never has been disappointing. Highly recommended to come out of the cold to warm up, or a place to cool down in the heat. Either way, you will be taken good care of."

"This is my favorite restaurant on Mackinac Island. I always try something else. This time I ordered the Jamaican Fried Chicken, which was seasoned and well cooked. Appetizers were also delicious. Authentic Jamaican experience? I have eaten a lot of Jamaican food and find Kingston Kitchen to be one of the best with reasonable portions. Try yourself."
