It's somewhere I used to eat lunch 20 yrs ago. Took my mom there, 77, and she usually may eat 2 tacos from others, today she ate 3, and ate the third faster than first 2. I had the lg taco burger and it was as I remembered 20 yrs ago. I was glad I stopped today. I live in GA so today was just luck that I drove by while in town. I love it here but can’t do it very often. Bandito is a “guilty pleasure” type restaurant that withstands the test of time. Always friendly staff to greet yo and it tastes the best when you’re just plain tired after everything the week throws at you. Don’t go there and not expect to leave without smelling like what they’re cooking. I absolutely love it here. It reminds me of In-A-Tub in Kansas City in the very best way possible. Been there dozens of times and will always go back!
This is one of those places where you can say it is nothing fancy but the food is really good. The drive in was only available due to COVID 19 and you have to honk to get the attention of the order taker but I guess that is part of their charm. The drive in menu arrangement is not super obvious but it can be figured out easily. I had the beefy nachos and a cheesy enchilada and enjoyed it. I will be back, glad I went.

Trip down memory lane. First time back since the early 80's. Mmm mmm!
We love their tacos, combo tostada, french fries with a side of nacho cheese. We always receive great service too.
